Don Walford

Chief Executive Officer

Don Walford is a successful investment banker, stockbroker, and private investor who has been involved full time in the securities’ market for the last 50 years. He has extensive experience with public company underwritings (IPOs, secondaries and bond issues), as well as other securities offerings, including more than:

  • 60 IPOs (managed or co-managed)
  • 100 private placements
  • 500 syndication participations
  • And, more than $1Billion in equity raised overall

In addition, he has owned and operated broker dealers as a Member of the New York Stock Exchange, and has held every securities, options, and commodities license, beginning in 1968. He is an expert in a variety of state and federal securities matters and has served as an expert witness and as a consultant for the U.S. Justice Department. He also has more than 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, including as a founder and chairman of Boulder County Paramedics.

He has a BA from Binghamton University.

Dr. Jeffrey L. Boone, M.D.

Chief Cardiologist

Named one of Men’s Health’s Top Doctors for Men in 2007 and listed as one of the 17 Top Cardiovascular Doctors in America, Dr. Jeffrey Boone has been a pioneer in the prevention of heart disease and stroke for the past three decades.

As an active clinician and researcher, Dr. Boone is an internationally recognized expert on the effect of mental stress on the heart. He has authored and co-authored numerous professional articles and books pertaining to preventive cardiology, cardiometabolic risk, and stress medicine.

As an international lecturer, Dr. Boone has spoken to tens of thousands of healthcare professionals throughout the world. His approach to early detection and prevention of cardiovascular disease has been presented to audiences on four continents, in 12 countries, and 47 states.

Dr. Boone’s unique clinical approach focuses on the aggressive prevention of cardiovascular disease, including the evaluation of cardiovascular consequences of mental stress, the early clinical use of the latest cardiac imaging techniques, and the advanced detection and treatment of cardiometabolic risk.

Dr. Boone’s accomplishments include:

  • National Co-Director of the NFL Player Care Foundation Cardiovascular Program
  • Consultant in cardiometabolic risk, preventive cardiology, and stress management
  • Member of the NFL Cardiovascular Committee

Dr. Terry Grossman, M.D.


Terry Grossman, M.D. is an internationally-acclaimed authority in the field of anti-aging and preventive medicine. He graduated from Brandeis University of 1968 and the University of Florida School of Medicine in 1979. He spent 15 years (from 1980-1995) working as a community family doctor in the Colorado mountains. In 1995, he opened Grossman Wellness Center in Denver, which has grown to one of the premier longevity clinics worldwide, attracting patients from all areas of the United States and every continent. For the past seven years, Dr. Grossman has served as the International Medical Director for Vitalife, the wellness division of Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

He is a member and board certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM). Dr. Grossman is the author of The Baby Boomers Guide to Living Forever and coauthor of the bestselling health books, Fantastic Voyage:  Live Long Enough to Live Forever and Transcend:  Nine Steps to Living Well Forever.

W. Edward Nichols

General Counsel

Edward Nichols is an attorney practicing in Littleton, Colorado. He is authorized to practice in the states of Colorado and Kansas, United States Federal Courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Edward Nichols currently works as an attorney specializing in investment banking and as a consultant with public and private companies in the United States. He is also Managing Director of Nichols & Company LLC, a management consulting firm.

Prior to Nichols & Company, Mr. Nichols practiced with Nichols and Wolfe for 16 years, where he specialized in municipal bonds with an emphasis on structuring and providing legal opinions for general obligation bonds, tax anticipation notes, and revenue bonds.

In addition, he has also co-owned and operated oil and gas production and gas gathering and processing companies in Kansas and Wyoming, where he also served as a director and member of the executive committee of several public companies.

Mr. Nichols holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Nichols is a member of the board of governors at Washburn University School of Law and an advisor to the Transaction Law Center at Washburn University.
