Don Walford is a successful investment banker, stockbroker, and private investor who has been involved full time in the securities’ market for the last 50 years. He has extensive experience with public company underwritings (IPOs, secondaries and bond issues), as well as other securities offerings, including more than:
- 60 IPOs (managed or co-managed)
- 100 private placements
- 500 syndication participations
- And, more than $1Billion in equity raised overall
In addition, he has owned and operated broker dealers as a Member of the New York Stock Exchange, and has held every securities, options, and commodities license, beginning in 1968. He is an expert in a variety of state and federal securities matters and has served as an expert witness and as a consultant for the U.S. Justice Department. He also has more than 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, including as a founder and chairman of Boulder County Paramedics.
He has a BA from Binghamton University.
